Devise from a different cultural standpoint using the underpinning principles of the South Indian Performing Art of Bharatanatyam and examine/explore the impact of multilingual work through reflections on rhythm and structure. Participants will

  • Explore differing approaches and starting points to devising.

  • Explore the interplay between text and movement.

  • Discover the use of multilingualism to create and devise.

 

Audience: Actors, Dancers, Playwrights

Class size limited to 14 students.
